Education is one of the main pillars of development. With developments in the world of education that continues to change significantly, many educators' mindsets have changed. Educators must be clever and creative in choosing measurement, assessment and evaluation concepts. which will be applied to students at school, as well as in learning Islamic Religious Education. Teachers are required to be creative and innovative in developing the concepts of measurement, assessment and evaluation. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach which aims to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects. The object of educational evaluation includes three aspects, namely: Ability aspect, personality aspect and attitude aspect. The scope of educational evaluation includes: material provided and lesson units prepared, students, educators and learning resources, educational processes, learning media, and learning outcomes. Measurement is the determination of quantities, dimensions, or capacities, usually against a standard or unit of measurement. Assessment is the application of various methods and the use of various assessment tools to obtain information about the extent of student learning outcomes or the achievement of students' competencies (set of abilities). Evaluation is a systematic process for determining or making decisions to what extent the objectives of the Hannafin and Peck Model are teaching design models consisting of three phases, teaching has been achieved by students.
